Eligibility and Registration Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to participate on the winbt platform. Only those aged 21 or above are permitted to use this platform. winbt may request age verification documents at any time. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account termination.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

winbt services are operated for players in Bangladesh. Registrations from regions or countries where online betting is fully prohibited are not accepted. If you register by accessing the platform via VPN or other means from a restricted region, that account and any funds held in it may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Process

Each individual may open only one account. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. winbt reserves the right to close accounts opened with false or incomplete information.

The following information is mandatory at the time of registration:

• Date of birth
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Details of preferred payment method

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing your password with any third party is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

If you believe your account security has been compromised, notify the support team immediately. winbt will never ask for your password by phone or email under any circumstances.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

winbt follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure security on the platform. Identity verification documents may be requested in the following situations:

• At the time of the first withdrawal request
• When completing large-value transactions
• If unusual activity is detected on the account
• If bonus misuse is suspected

Verification may typically require a photo of a national identity card (NID), passport or birth certificate. winbt reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, device, IP address or payment method. Operating multiple accounts — directly or indirectly — is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts and funds will be forfeited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the winbt platform is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account promptly. If there is a delay due to banking issues or technical reasons, please contact the support team.

winbt only permits the use of payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from a third party's account will be cancelled and the account may come under investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Wagering requirements associated with any applicable bonus must be met before withdrawal
• Withdrawals will be held if KYC verification has not been completed
• winbt reserves the right to hold or cancel withdrawals if fraud is suspected
• Withdrawals can only be made from the real money balance, not from the bonus balance

Bonus and Promotions Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means you must place bets worth 10 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus. To withdraw this bonus, you must place valid bets worth (৳1,200 × 10) = ৳12,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account
• A portion of bets placed with bonus funds will count as valid wagers — this may vary depending on the game and bonus type
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — different validity periods may apply to specific offers
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same payment method or device is prohibited
• winbt reserves the right to cancel irregular or suspicious bonus claims
• winbt reserves the right to make changes to the bonus program at any time

5.3 VIP Program

winbt's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades depend on your activity and participation on the platform. winbt reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on the winbt platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, except in exceptional circumstances approved by winbt. winbt reserves the right to correct bets that have been settled incorrectly due to a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA World Cup, Premier League) and other sports. Bets may be voided in the following situations:

• If a match is cancelled or suspended and does not resume within the specified time
• Due to insufficient information to determine a result
• If an error is identified in the published odds

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are entirely impartial and are not influenced by any external factors. Detailed game-specific rules can be found within each game.

6.4 Fair Play Policy

To ensure fair play on the winbt platform, the use of any automated betting software, bots or artificial intelligence is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account and all winnings will be forfeited.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the winbt platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account termination and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Providing false or fraudulent identity information
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Using a third party's payment method
• Misusing bonus benefits or creating new accounts to claim the same bonus
• Betting using automated software or bots
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems
• Attempting to harass or harm other users
• Exploiting game errors or bugs in a fraudulent manner to gain an advantage
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of a minor

Privacy and Data Protection

winbt places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. We keep all data transfers secure using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.

8.1 Data Collection and Use

Information provided at the time of registration is used solely for account management, identity verification, anti-money laundering purposes and improving platform services. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

Account Termination and Suspension

11.1 Termination by User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance (provided bonus requirements have been met) must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

11.2 Termination by winbt

winbt may suspend or terminate any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms
• Providing false information during KYC verification
• Managing multiple accounts
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Involvement in money laundering
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months)

In the event of account closure, winbt will exercise its right or obligation to return any applicable remaining balance, however this right may not apply in cases of closure due to violation of the terms and conditions.

Changes & Amendments

winbt reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be provided via the registered email or on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms and conditions. You are therefore encouraged to review this page regularly.
